PerpetualBudget is a Windows program that creates User file templates in networked environments to provide collaborative support for any Excel spreadsheet solution -- without modifying the original spreadsheet system or requiring new software installations on client PCs. After creating the user files and data tables, PerpetualBudget assists in managing the updating process through the use of integrated e-mail and database reporting. The program shares a control database with PerpetualBudgetXL, an Excel Add-In (available on this site). Use PerpetualBudgetXL to build, modify or manage Excel workbooks.
